Booking Conditions

All courses can be booked provisionally by e-mail, mail, telephone or fax.  

1. A booking form for each course is required.
2. The number of trainees and/or cost is agreed at least 10 working days before commencement of the course.
3. The client will be invoiced for the number of candidates on the booking form or the number present which ever is the greatest
4. Where the client cancels the course, for whatever reason, within 14 working days of the commencement of the course, then the full cost of the course will be paid by the client.
5. Payment to be made to 'MB Training ' as stated on invoice.
6. Certificates will be sent to the client, by recorded delivery, as soon as received by the awarding body and payment is received in full.
7. Where problems occur with the certificates due to error by MB Training, they will be replaced free of charge.  Where the problem is client/trainee error, there will be a charge for replacement.
