Level 1 Award in Fire Safety Awareness

   

It has now become mandatory for all employed staff to be trained in the use of basic fire fighting equipment and fire prevention as defined in the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

The purpose of the course is to introduce a greater awareness of the hazards of fire, how it spreads, to recognise the threat to persons and property, to understand why fire emergency procedures are implemented and to distinguish between the different types of extinguishers and the fires they are best suited for. The course covers information that will help ensure that staff members understand what is required to keep themselves and their colleagues safe at work.

The subjets covered include :

3 hour course including exam 

For 5 or more candidates           £27.50 per candidate including registration and course handbook.

For less than 5 candidates         Please enquire for further information
